Deer Creek Farm Water
Prices
Bruce McQuaid wrote a
very informative letter about the drastic increase in water rates.

Website Update - New
Features!
I've moved the website
to a new web host, and as a result there a few new features that
I can make available. The first two are forums and email accounts.
Forums:
Forums are message sections where you can read & post about
various topics. Check them out - the DCF Forums button on the left
will take you there. I've created a few forums that I thought would
be useful, if you'd like to see another forum added, please let
me know!
Email: YourName@DeerCreekFarm.com
Email accounts at DeerCreekFarm.com are now available. If you would
like one, please send me an email (WebInfo@DeerCreekFarm.com).
Include the name you'd like to use (the part to the left of the
@DeerCreekFarm.com, my account name is CRuybal). Also include your
real name and your address. Once the account is set up, I'll send
details on how to access it to you.
Neighborhood Directory
The neighborhood directory
is continually updated, and is distributed throughout the year
in an electronic format. If you woule like an updated copy, please
send me an email (WebInfo@DeerCreekFarm.com)
and I'll make sure you get a copy of it. Make sure to include
your name and address so I can ensure that it's only going to
area residents.
Also, if you find an
error in the listing for your home, please let me know so I can
update it.
Filing 1 Lawsuit Update
- HOA / Covenants
6/20/03 - In response
to Kathryn Morgan's letter asking about interest in forming an HOA,
John Bither sent a letter to me with the current status of the Filing
1 HOA/Covenant lawsuit. Click here
to see the letter.
11/25/03 - No updates
on the status of the lawsuit. The lawsuit has absolutely nothing
to do with all the new homes being built in Deer Creek Farm on
the west side of County Rd 13, so if you're thinking of buying
a home there you can rest easy.
If you have any comments
to post about this, please send them to me and I'll make sure they
get posted. I will also do my best to answer any questions
you may have about this.
Mile Hi Jeep Club
Mile Hi involves approx.
150 families or couples of all ages who enjoy 4-wheeling all over
Colorado. Members' vehicles include all types of 4WDs from Jeeps
to Toyotas and everything in between. The club is multifaceted as
activities include meetings, entertainment, social events and (of
course) 4WD trips.
Should any of our neighbors
have 4WDs with an interest to see more of Colorado with friends,
have them phone me (Joe Lentz) at 303-646-2513. I will be happy
to explain the club and provide the club membership contact information.
