The first, and most important, step is selecting me as your Buyer's

offer to buy, and all further negotiations
- What to look for in
a Home Inspector
- Securing financing
for your new home, including down payment grants where applicable
- Taking care of all
the details leading up to closing, and ensuring that all deadlines
and commitments are met
- Reviewing the final
numbers and paperwork before closing

just disappear! I'm still here to help with any problems you may
encounter, and I will stay in touch to make sure you're enjoying

Thinking
of buying a brand new home from a builder?
You still need me as your agent! I'll look out for your interests,
and help you negotiate and review the contracts. Throughout the
construction process I'll be around, taking care of all the details
you don't have time to handle. Even though your new home typically
comes with a one year warranty, you'll still want to have outside
inspections done at key phases, since it's easier to fix a problem
during construction instead of after you've already moved in.

the builder isn't watching out for your best interests - I AM!
