Updates: Community Description: Deer Creek Farm is a residential neighborhood located in Elbert County, Colorado. Nearby towns include Parker, Castle Rock, Franktown and Elizabeth. Homes range in age from 10 years to brand new, and all are semi-custom with large 1.5 acre lots.
